Who Are The Griffin Theatre Wings?

As a Griffin Theatre Wing, your job is to help us take new heights in the social media world. You are expected to promote the theatre in every aspect and spread the word to your fellow followers. If you are selected you must fulfill the tasks listed for six months (January-June/July-December) until your influencer time is complete.

Requirements

To Become A Wing /

Age: 8th Grade and Up
Have Social Media accounts for Facebook and/or Instagram
Facebook: 200+ followers
Instagram: 500+ followers

Shoutouts on the Griffin Theatre social media pages
Show tickets
One-on-one meetings with our marketing team to advise us on how we can improve our brand

Tasks for Our Wings Team

Facebook

Must post about the theatre at least twice a week
Must share all posts made by the Griffin Theatre Facebook page

Instagram

Must post about the Griffin Theatre at least once every two weeks (or four weeks)
Must post on personal Instagram story at least two times a week about the Griffin Theatre
Must post on Griffin Theatre Instagram stories once a week
All posts must tag the Griffin Theatre (@thegriffintheatre)
All posts must include our Griffin Theatre specific hashtags
- Example: #nolimit #griffintheatre #delawaretheatre (and so on)

Dismissal

– each influencer will be associated with the theatre for six months at a time.

– if a situation arises where you are being a negative influencer you will be dismissed immediately and will not be able to re-apply for the program

Examples that will result in dismissal:

– inappropriate content connected or not connected with the theatre
– cases of cyberbullying
– not meeting or completing the tasks assigned
– spreading a negative outlook on the theatre and brand as a whole

Re-enrollment:

– influencers may re-enroll into the program if they so wish (and if they have met the requirements in their previous term)

– once your six months is up you must wait another six months to reapply

– re-enrollment will be posted a month prior to the groups six month mark
