Summer Camp Details & Policies
Camp Hours:
Camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.
Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM—doors will not open before this time, as staff will be preparing for the day.
Pick-up ends at 3:15 PM. Campers will be released promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive on time; late pick-ups will incur a fee (see below).
Every minute of camp is valuable—we begin right at 9:00 AM to prepare your child for a full stage production.
What to Wear
Campers should wear:
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
Sneakers (no flip-flops or open-toed shoes for safety)
Please avoid: skirts, dresses, midriff tops, or clothing with offensive language or graphics
Daily Needs
Campers must bring their own lunch, snacks, and drinks in labeled, spill-proof containers
Water is highly encouraged throughout the day
On the first day, campers will receive a name tag to turn in at the end of each camp day
Sign-In/Out Procedures
Parents/guardians must sign campers in and out daily
No supervision is provided before 8:45 AM or after 3:15 PM
Parents of teen campers may submit written permission for self-sign in/out
Written permission is also required for campers who walk or drive themselves
Auditions
Auditions will be held on the first day of camp using cold readings from the script.
Callbacks may occur Monday or Tuesday
The process is relaxed, fun, and designed to help kids feel comfortable on stage
Late Pick-Up Policy
We do not offer before or after care.
Late pickups (after 3:15 PM) will result in a charge of $5 per child per 15 minutes
Payment goes directly to the staff member staying late
Final camp materials (such as t-shirts) will be held until balances are paid
Costumes
Families may be asked to provide basic costume pieces (e.g., black pants, jazz shoes, tights, wig caps, etc.)
Details will be shared via letter and email

Parent Participation
We’ll invite parents to help during show performances (e.g., concessions, ticketing, raffles).
A volunteer sign-up will be sent out closer to showtime
Donations for raffle baskets and show support are greatly appreciated
Show Days
Campers must arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before showtime on performance days.
Specific call times will be announced during the final week of camp
